QHHT®
What actually happens in a QHHT® session

Most people arrive with an idea of hypnosis from television and very little idea of what a QHHT® session actually feels like. So here is the day, described plainly.
It begins as a conversation
We spend the first part of the session talking. You bring five to ten prioritised questions — about your health, a relationship, a decision, a pattern you cannot explain. I ask a great many questions about your life, because the better I understand your circumstances, the more precise the questions I can put to your Higher Self later.
Nothing about this part is formal. It is two people working out what matters most.
Then you go somewhere quieter
You lie down in a private, comfortable room. There is no swinging watch and nothing to perform. Through guided imagery and a slow, deliberate induction you move into a state of deep physical relaxation in which you remain aware the entire time. You can pause, speak, or stop whenever you wish.
What surprises most people is how ordinary it feels. Not asleep. Not out of control. Simply very still, and unusually clear.
The story you are shown
At some point you begin to describe a scene. It may feel like a memory, or like a parable, or like a place you have never been. It may arrive as images, as words, as a bodily sensation, or as a quiet certainty that carries no pictures at all.
Whatever comes is what you need. The value is never in the drama of the content — it is in the insight it delivers about the pattern you came in with. I ask simple, curious questions and let the story do its work.
The part people remember longest
The second half of the session is when your Higher Self — the part of you we might call intuition, gut knowing, or simply the wiser you — is invited in to answer your questions and address the body's concerns.
People describe this as a change in register rather than a change in voice. Answers become immediate and unhesitating. They often address the exact thing you have been circling for years, and they tend to be far less complicated than you expected.
Where it is appropriate for healing to occur, it is reported as occurring instantly, without any further process. Very often, understanding why something is the way it is proves enough.
Then you come back, and we make a plan
We surface gently, and we talk about what was shown to you. You leave with your session recording and a clear first seven days: what to re-listen to, what to journal, and one small daily ritual to anchor the shift.
That last part matters. A session is a beginning, not a finish line.
