Cancellation Policy

1. Program Overview: The "Hypnosis Session" is designed to rewire the subconscious mind by making life-altering suggestions while in a trance. It includes a one-on-one hypnosis session tailored to individual needs. 2. Duration and Scheduling: The session lasts 45 minutes. Participants must adhere to the schedule to maximize the session's effectiveness. 3. Eligibility: Open to individuals aged 18 and above. Minors (under 18) may participate with written consent from a parent or legal guardian. 4. Fees and Payment Details: A total of $150 is charged for the entire session. Full payment is due at the time of registration. We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, zelle, and other online payment methods. 5. Cancellation and Refunds: Participants can cancel within 24 hours of the session for a full refund. Beyond this period, the session fee becomes non-refundable. Missed sessions are not refundable but may be rescheduled if a 24-hour advance notice is provided, subject to availability. 6. Rescheduling Policy: Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice, subject to the availability of the hypnosis coach. Failure to notify within the stipulated time or no-shows results in the forfeiture of the session without a refund. 7. Confidentiality Assurance: All personal information and session content are strictly confidential. No information will be shared externally without explicit consent from the participant unless required by law. 8. Program Limitations: This session does not substitute for professional medical advice or treatment. Participants with existing health conditions should continue to follow their healthcare provider’s instructions. 9. Commitment Requirement: Success in this session requires participants' total commitment to engage in sessions actively and consistently apply learned techniques. Progress depends significantly on the participants' dedication to the mental training process. 10. Performance Disclaimer: Results from hypnosis vary among individuals. While many individuals experience significant benefits, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. The program is designed to equip participants to overcome blockages and reach their peak potential.
